While we list this as being located in O'Fallon, MO., The Dog Prairie Saloon is actually in St. Paul, MO., just 5 miles to the north. The people of St. Paul know how to have a good time, and we love to get out and play for them. Gene, the owner, is one of the nicest persons you will ever meet. The Dog Prairie has a real working fireplace that is stoked and running through the winter, giving this a really nice homelike atmosphere within a bar setting.

Here are text directions to The Dog Prairie Saloon:
Take I-70 to the Highway 79 exit and go north exactly 5.7 miles. Look for
Hackmann Rd. that "T's" into Hwy 79 from the left. Make this left onto Hackmann an go about a mile
into the town of St. Paul. There are a few twists and turns on Hackmann road when going into town
so if you are not familiar with the road, just take it slow. You are close to town so you'll get there
soon enough. When you get into St. Paul, there will be a fire station on your right hand side. The
road just past this station that "T's" in on your right is St. Paul Rd. Make this right onto St. Paul Rd.
and you'll see the Dog Prairie Saloon with its Budweiser sign about a block down on your right.
